Weekly Breathwork Session
I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness to incorporate into their life.
Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the most from life and encourage a greater sense of wellbeing.
These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home or preferred location, for both private or corporate clients.

A Sensory Experience of Mindfulness, Breathwork & Relaxation

Carve out time to slow down, ground, and reconnect through this sensory-led workshop combining mindful movement, breathwork, scent, self-massage, and deep relaxation. Guided by Kerry Flower from Together we Breathe, this restorative session invites you to arrive fully in your body and gently attune to your senses, using touch, scent, taste, and focused awareness to anchor your presence and calm the nervous system. You’ll be introduced to anatomē’s therapeutic oils, each designed to evoke distinct emotional states, supporting you to connect with how you want to feel and create a personal affirmation to guide your practice. We’ll begin with gentle grounding, movement, and sensory exploration before moving into rhythmical breathwork and self-massage to release held tension. The session closes with a deeply calming guided rest, supported by scent and music, to help integrate the experience. This nourishing workshop offers space to soften, reset, and return to your natural rhythm, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and recharged. All attendees will receive an anatomē product.

Festive Wreath Making Workshop

Our much-loved Wreath Making Workshop is back for its 4th year! Join me and Elizabeth from Dulwich Petal Project at Kanella, Lordship Lane on Tuesday 2nd & Wednesday 3rd December for an evening of creativity, community and festive spirit. All materials are provided – just bring an apron, secateurs and any special touches you’d like to add. £70 per person, BYO food and drinks.

City Wellness: Wild Foraging with Woodland Cooking & Breathwork
10.30am - 5.30pm - Hackney Marshes
Come join us for a day of adventure and relaxation at Hackney Marshes! Learn the art of wild foraging as we explore the local area, including Millfields Park and Walthamstow Marshes. Our exploration will be interspersed with wild tasters prepared by Fergus the Forager — tantalising syrups, sweet treats and saps that help us understand how to use the plants and herbs around us.
Kerry from Together We Breathe will begin the day with a grounding session, giving us time to connect more deeply with nature. Throughout the day, we’ll pause to check in with the breath, allowing precious time to simply be, and close with a deep relaxation session that brings together all the wellbeing that nature offers.
At lunchtime, we’ll share a wild soup beneath the trees before continuing our adventure amongst the plants. Later, after another moment of breathwork, we’ll gather for a hands-on wild dumpling making session inspired by Chinese traditions and infused with freshly foraged flavours. Under Fergus’ guidance, you’ll create your own delicious combinations using ingredients such as cow parsley, wild garlic or even fungi. As we enjoy our creations, there’ll be time for questions and reflections with Fergus and Tevin from Herbivore.
Feel free to bring your beverage, alcoholic or soft and bring something light to sit or lie on.

Fragrance in Motion
6.30 - 7.30pm - MASLOWS, Mortimer Street, Soho, London
This immersive workshop invites you to reconnect with your body and mind through movement and fragrance. At its heart is anatomē’s collection of six Functional Fragrances, each formulated to evoke a distinct emotional state, whether grounding, uplifting, energising, or soothing.
The session weaves together breath, fragrance, and movement, guided by breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower and professional dancer Jordan Crouch; most recently featured in The Great Gatsby, Hello, Dolly! and My Fair Lady. Kerry will lead mindful practices to deepen your emotional connection, while Jordan demonstrates and guides expressive, intuitive movement through each Parfum. Together, they create a space for you to attune to your body’s natural rhythm and experience how each unique scent supports both body and mind.
You’ll be invited to choose the fragrance that reflects the emotion you most want to embody. As you apply it, your chosen scent surrounds and supports you, allowing your movement to become a reflection of your inner state—intentional, creative, and free.
The 60-minute session includes gentle movement, open conversation, and refreshments. All attendees will receive a complimentary scent.

Relaxation for Better Sleep

Release stress and gently ground yourself as summer winds down and routines resume, with this calming evening session designed to help you unwind and support deep, restorative sleep. Led by our partner, Together We Breathe, and breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower. Through body scanning, restorative breathwork, and yoga nidra, you’ll release the day’s tension, calm the nervous system, and ease into a deeply relaxed state. This restorative session features anatomē’s sleep formulations, including targeted essential oil blends and supportive rituals, expertly designed to align with the body’s natural rhythms and promote deep, rejuvenating rest. No prior experience of breathwork is required, everyone is welcome. Mats are available to hire for £2 for non-members.

Spirit of Eden Festival

Spirit of Eden 2025 will be from 25th – 28th July.
Will be 3days of camping, food, music in a relaxed spot on the Kent/Sussex border. Only about an hours drive from South London, this unique wooded site is set around a lake surrounded by fields.
Lose yourself in nature, music and good company with a programme of live bands, DJs, food, movement and breathwork and fishing in an oversize garden party lovingly put together for a relaxing journey through the weekend.
Campfires are allowed with wood available to buy on site and accommodation includes hot showers and optional pre-pitched bell tents.
