Weekly Breathwork Session
I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness to incorporate into their life.
Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the most from life and encourage a greater sense of wellbeing.
These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home or preferred location, for both private or corporate clients.
One to One - Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork

Breathwork to Reset
6 - 8pm - ORU, East Dulwich, London
Start your week with activating breathwork designed to energise and centre you. This session incorporates rhythmical breathing, breath holds, and carefully curated music to guide you into a state of flow and presence. Experience the benefits of improved focus, enhanced energy, nervous system regulation, and the release of emotional and physical tension. No prior experience of breathwork is required, everyone is welcome. Mats are available to hire for £2 for non-members.

Spirit of Eden Festival
“Best Small Festival –
International Good Times Index 2024“
Spirit of Eden 2025 will be from 25th – 28th July.
Will be 3days of camping, food, music in a relaxed spot on the Kent/Sussex border. Only about an hours drive from South London, this unique wooded site is set around a lake surrounded by fields.
Lose yourself in nature, music and good company with a programme of live bands, DJs, food, movement and breathwork and fishing in an oversize garden party lovingly put together for a relaxing journey through the weekend.
Campfires are allowed with wood available to buy on site and accommodation includes hot showers and optional pre-pitched bell tents.
Come join me for some gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation!

6.30 - 7.30pm - MASLOWS, Soho, London
Carve out precious time to nourish yourself through guided massage, breathwork and relaxation led by our partner Kerry Flower from Together we Breathe.
This restorative session weaves together the healing power of touch and the powerful emotion of scent, touching upon the 5 key senses and allowing yourself the time and space to ground, connect, stimulate, and release using anatome’s Expression Eau de Parfum and anatomē’s Sensory Point Oil Sleep.
60-minute session | Tea will be provided during the workshop, with the option to enjoy a post-session drink at the venue afterwards.
All attendees will receive complimentary gift bags.
