I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness to incorporate into their life.

Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the most from life and encourage a greater sense of wellbeing.

These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home or preferred location, for both private or corporate clients.

Fragrance in Motion

6.30 - 7.30pm - MASLOWS, Mortimer Street, Soho, London

This immersive workshop invites you to reconnect with your body and mind through movement and fragrance. At its heart is anatomē’s collection of six Functional Fragrances, each formulated to evoke a distinct emotional state, whether grounding, uplifting, energising, or soothing.

The session weaves together breath, fragrance, and movement, guided by breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower and professional dancer Jordan Crouch; most recently featured in The Great Gatsby, Hello, Dolly! and My Fair Lady. Kerry will lead mindful practices to deepen your emotional connection, while Jordan demonstrates and guides expressive, intuitive movement through each Parfum. Together, they create a space for you to attune to your body’s natural rhythm and experience how each unique scent supports both body and mind.

You’ll be invited to choose the fragrance that reflects the emotion you most want to embody. As you apply it, your chosen scent surrounds and supports you, allowing your movement to become a reflection of your inner state—intentional, creative, and free.

The 60-minute session includes gentle movement, open conversation, and refreshments. All attendees will receive a complimentary scent.
