I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness to incorporate into their life.

Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the most from life and encourage a greater sense of wellbeing.

These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home or preferred location, for both private or corporate clients.

Transformational Breathwork Experience

1.30 - 3pm - YOGARISE PECKHAM

Transformational Breathwork is a powerful practice that can shift your state of consciousness, helping you release stress, let go of negative emotions, and feel peaceful, euphoric, and deeply connected.

This is an opportunity to take time for yourself—to release hidden, trapped emotions and move forward with greater connection and a positive outlook.

The session includes light stretching, grounding exercises, and mindfulness to prepare your body and mind. This is followed by 30 minutes of transformative breathing set to an energetic soundtrack, ending with Yoga Nidra and deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and at peace.

Simply lay down, close your eyes, and let your breath guide you.

Choose What You Feel - Scent & Movement Workshop

Choose What You Want to Feel

Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm through intuitive, expressive & joyful movement, guided by scent and sensation.

This immersive session invites you to move freely and intentionally, unlocking joy, creativity, calm, and emotional release, led by our partner, Together we Breathe, and breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower. Central to the experience is anatomē’s Fragrance Collection of six Eau de Parfums, each formulated to evoke a specific emotional intention, allowing you to choose a state of mind.

As you explore movement, you’ll be introduced to each scent and its unique function whether grounding, uplifting, energising, or soothing.

You’ll be guided to choose the emotion you most want to embody, applying the corresponding scent to deepen your connection with it. As your chosen fragrance surrounds and supports you, your movement becomes a reflection of your inner world, more intentional, expressive, and free.

60-minute session

Drinks and tea will be provided during the workshop, with the option to enjoy a post-session drink at the venue afterwards. All attendees will receive complimentary gift bags.

This workshop involves movement, open conversation, and time for questions. Dress comfortably.
