Weekly Breathwork Session
I work with people who are looking to either introduce, develop or learn new practises such as yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness to incorporate into their life.
Working together to encourage growth and development physically, mentally and spiritually to get the most from life and encourage a greater sense of wellbeing.
These classes can be done in the comfort of your own home or preferred location, for both private or corporate clients.

Breathwork to Reset
6 - 8pm - ORU, East Dulwich, London
Start your week with activating breathwork designed to energise and centre you. This session incorporates rhythmical breathing, breath holds, and carefully curated music to guide you into a state of flow and presence. Experience the benefits of improved focus, enhanced energy, nervous system regulation, and the release of emotional and physical tension. No prior experience of breathwork is required, everyone is welcome. Mats are available to hire for £2 for non-members.

City Wellness: Wild Foraging with Woodland Cooking & Breathwork
10.30am - 5.30pm - Hackney Marshes
Come join us for a day of adventure and relaxation at Hackney Marshes! Learn the art of wild foraging as we explore the local area, including Millfields park and Walthamstow Marshes. Our exploration will be interspersed with wild tasters prepared by Fergus The Forager, which will include tantalising syrups, sweet treats and saps helping us understand how we can utilise the plants and herbs around us.
Kerry from Together we Breathe, will begin the day with a grounding session giving us time to connect in a deeper way with nature. We will pause for moments during the day to check with the breath, allowing precious time to - Just Be, and end the day with a deep relaxation session, enabling us to tie together all aspects of wellbeing that mother nature brings. We will at Lunch time enjoy a wild soup eaten under the trees, and carry on our adventure amongst the plants. After more breathwork we will finish through creating some delicious wild dumplings: after gathering plants relevant to Chinese dumpling gathering plants relevant to Chinese dumpling making we will each be able to create unique combinations of flavour. We will then, with Fergus’ guidance, be able to customise our dumplings with the other plants collected during our forage, such as cow parsley, wild garlic, even some fungi perhaps. As we enjoy our dumplings, you may ask any foraging questions you have for Fergus and Tevin regarding Herbivore.
Feel free to bring your beverage, alcoholic or soft and bring something light to sit or lie on.

A Sensory Experience of Mindfulness, Breathwork & Relaxation
1.30 - 2.30pm - YOGARISE QUEENS PARK
Carve out time to slow down, ground, and reconnect through this sensory-led workshop combining mindful movement, breathwork, scent, self-massage, and deep relaxation. Guided by Kerry Flower from Together we Breathe, this restorative session invites you to arrive fully in your body and gently attune to your senses, using touch, scent, taste, and focused awareness to anchor your presence and calm the nervous system. You’ll be introduced to anatomē’s therapeutic oils, each designed to evoke distinct emotional states, supporting you to connect with how you want to feel and create a personal affirmation to guide your practice. We’ll begin with gentle grounding, movement, and sensory exploration before moving into rhythmical breathwork and self-massage to release held tension.
