What we do
Corporate Wellbeing Programmes
We work with companies to curate bespoke wellbeing programmes that inspire and support employees, customers, members, and communities
from one-off events to full ongoing programmes, delivered both online and in person.
All sessions are led by a network of expert facilitators including coaches, psychotherapists, creatives, wellbeing practitioners, and guides each bringing deep experience, delivered with passion and enthusiasm.

Set against some of Africa’s most breathtaking wild spaces, these retreats are a beautiful invitation to slow down, expand, and return to yourself.
Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshops
We offer Transformational Breathwork workshops at Yogarise Peckham or can booked privately.
These Transformational Breathwork workshops support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner transformation
through the power of conscious, connected, circular breathwork.
1:1 Yoga, Stretch & Breathwork Sessions
We offer tailored in-home private sessions across South East and Central London including Peckham,

Wellbeing practices have been proven to reduce stress, improve mental and physical health, boost creativity
and connection, and enrich life with greater clarity, resilience, and joy.
6.30 - 7.30pm - MASLOWS, Mortimer Street, Soho, London
Release stress and gently ground yourself as summer winds down and routines resume, with this calming evening session designed to help you unwind and support deep, restorative sleep. Led by our partner, Together We Breathe, and breathwork practitioner Kerry Flower. Through body scanning, restorative breathwork, and yoga nidra, you’ll release the day’s tension, calm the nervous system, and ease into a deeply relaxed state. This restorative session features anatomē’s sleep formulations, including targeted essential oil blends and supportive rituals, expertly designed to align with the body’s natural rhythms and promote deep, rejuvenating rest. We’ll also explore practical sleep rituals, hygiene tips, and mindful habits that foster long-term improvements in sleep quality and overall emotional wellbeing.
60-minute session | Drinks and tea will be provided during the workshop, with the option to enjoy a post-session drink at the venue afterwards.
